Here are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.

What is your shipping policy?
We ship via First Class mail with the U.S. Postal Service. Most orders are shipped on the day following receipt of your order. If you require a faster shipping option, please contact us at adayatthebeach@cox.net. Additional shipping charges will apply for express shipping service.

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through PayPal, the safer, easier way to buy online with over 100 million members. There is no cost to become a PayPal member. If you don’t have a PayPal account it is simple to create with a user name and password and can be done at the time of your purchase. Or set up a PayPal account now.

Do you offer free gift wrapping?

Yes. Each A Day at the Beach jewelry design is gift wrapped in a white box with turquoise ribbon. We also include a small plastic baggie to protect your jewelry. Please email us at adayatthebeach@cox.net if you are sending a gift and would like a gift card to be enclosed.

What materials do you use in your jewelry designs?
A Day at the Beach jewelry designs are made with .925 sterling silver and authentic (not tumbled) sea glass. We also use pearls and glass beads in some of our designs. Our knotted necklaces are hand knotted with silk thread.

What are your necklace sizes?
Our sterling silver necklaces are 16” – 18” in length. The length of each necklace is stated in its description.

What are your bracelet sizes?
Our bracelets are 7.5” – 8.5.” The size is stated in the bracelet description.

Do you accept special requests and custom orders?

Can you design sea glass jewelry with pieces from my collection?
Yes. Please contact us at adayatthebeach@cox.net.

Can you re-size a bracelet or necklace?
Yes, in most cases. Please contact us at adayatthebeach@cox.net before your place your online order.

What is your return policy?
We will accept returns for full credit or merchandise exchange within 14 days of the posted delivery date. The item must not be worn or damaged and the buyer pays for the insured return shipping costs. Please contact us at adayatthebeach@cox.net with a brief explanation of your reason for return and we will send you instructions.
